This is the area 10 steps away from my hostel.
at night this place is crawling with herione addicted crackheads, its a strange combo.
if you are lucky you can witness people sleeping in the street with needles comming out of their necks.
i suggest you all goto vancover to see this place.
it will change how you feel about drugs.
